What are the school hours?

The regular school day goes from 8:00 am-3:30 pm.  Extended hours are available from 7:00 am-6:00 pm through our Extended Day Program.

What entrance do I use to enter the building?

The main entrance into St. Ailbe is off of the large parking lot you can see on Stony Island Ave.  The entrance is marked Door #1.

What is tuition? / Where can I find posted tuition?

Tuition is $5450 for preschool and $5350 for K-8.  We offer scholarships for family.  About 93% of our families receive scholarships to reduce their tuition.  We never want tuition to be a reason a student misses out on the quality education provided by St. Ailbe.

What are the class sizes?

The average class size at St. Ailbe is 14 students.  We know smaller class sizes have been shown to lead to higher academic success for students, and we are committed to ensuring that students have the peer collaboration and teacher attention to show amazing growth each school year.

Is transportation available?

We do not have a busing system that we use, but if you call the school, we can connect you with transportation services that do come to our school privately.

What is the fee for the Extended Care program?

The fee is dependent upon how often a child attends the program.  See the attached schedule for the fees.

What after school activities are available?

We offer a variety of activities after school, and these may change depending upon the amazing volunteers that we have offer their time.  Student Council, golfing, cheerleading, praise dancing, robotics, chess,

tutoring are all offered now with more to come!
