Your School, Your Family

St. Ailbe thrives on bridging the home-school connection.  At school, we ensure the curriculum is crafted to the needs of the scholars to get them where they need to be.  Scholars are challenged with the Archdiocese of Chicago standards, that align with the Common Core Standards.  Scholars also expand their horizons with classes in computers, physical education, music, and world language twice a week.  Read more about our Academics here.

In everything that happens at St. Ailbe, Christ is our center.  Students attend mass each week during the school day.  As a whole school family, the student body, along with their families, attend a Sunday mass.  This is a powerful experience for the students to share in the Word of God with both home and school families.

In addition to the rigorous academics, St. Ailbe offers before and after care as extended day to help parents who work earlier or later than our school day.  Extended day runs from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM.  We offer after school clubs that students can join as well.  These clubs go from 3:30 PM-4:30 PM (unless otherwise specified).  Read more about our Enrichment courses here.

Parents and families are essential to a well-rounded education.  We love having families in our school to extend a helping hand.  We have events throughout the year in which parents, families, friends are the support that make the students shine.

We look forward to having you tour the school to experience a day in the life of a St. Ailbe student!  Tours and Shadow Days are scheduled during the week when school is in session.  Call the office to schedule.  773.734.1386
